Where are you coming from?
Basic rule: Mantua's historic center includes Limited Traffic Zones (ZTL) monitored by electronic gates. Times, authorized categories and access rules may vary: always check road signs and the latest ASTER information before entering.
Permits: ASTER manages ZTL permits for different categories of users. If you are staying in accommodation in the center or need vehicle access, check the applicable procedure in advance with your accommodation and on the ASTER portal.
